I attend your school on the agreed date with all necessary equipment. I work efficiently within your timetable to photograph individual pupils, siblings, and class groups, creating a calm and organised environment throughout the day.
Following the session, I manage all image processing, secure online galleries, and parent communications directly. Orders are handled by me, reducing administration for the school, and commission arrangements are managed as agreed.
The length of the session depends on the size of your school and the types of images required (individual, siblings, class groups, staff). I will provide a clear schedule in advance and work efficiently to minimise disruption to lessons.
I typically require a suitable indoor space such as a hall or large classroom with access to power. I bring all professional lighting and backdrop equipment and handle full setup and pack down.
I provide the school with digital materials to share with parents in advance. After photography day, parents receive secure online access to view and order directly, reducing administration for the school.
I follow your school’s safeguarding policies at all times and ensure photography is conducted in an open, supervised environment. I am fully insured and DBS checked.
Yes, commission arrangements are agreed in advance. Payments are made directly to the school following the completion of the ordering period.
Yes. Staff portraits, class groups, and Year 6 leavers’ images can all be included as part of the day and scheduled around your timetable.
